Ministry of Labour and Employment vide notification no G.S.R.56 E, has made amendment to rule 21, for sub-rule (4A) where Employers on or before 1st day of February in each year shall upload online unified annual return in Form III on the web portal of the Central Government in the Ministry of Labour and Employment giving all information as to the particulars specified in respect of the preceding year. 

During the inspection the Employers are required to produce to Inspector the documents like accounts, books, registers and other documents maintained in electronic form or otherwise
