The Government of Gujarat vide notification no. GHR/2021/22/LBL/192020/510460/M3 has deleted provision towards Rule 4 (display of notice) and Rule 19 (display of abstract of the act and rule) respectively. Hence, the employers registered under the Act in the state of Gujarat may make note of this amendment and comply accordingly. Please refer the notification for more information.
