Draft Code On The Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions (Bihar) Rules, 2021
Government of Bihar vide notification No. 1@OSHC-01/2021&3228 has released draft codes on “The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Bihar) Rules, 2021”. The said draft will be taken into consideration by the State Government after the expiry of a period of forty-five days from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
