The Government of Puducherry, vide Notification No. G.O.Ms.No.09/ AIL/ Lab/G/2022, proposed the draft Puducherry Occupational Safety, Health, and Working Conditions Rules, 2022. The Government has invited objections and suggestions and would consider the draft after forty-five days from the date of publication in the Gazette.
