Government of Rajasthan vide circular no F-1(8)(1)EoDB/IR/Labour/2016/9484 and in continuation of the previous office order dated 11/10/2017 has extended list of labour laws for Integrated Online Return for Labour and Factories & Boiler Inspection Department On LDCMS and RajFab Web Portal. The list of labour laws mentioned are The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, The Building Or other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1996, The Employee State Insurance Act, 1948.
