The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)  raised the monthly wage limit from Rs.15000.00 Per Month to  Rs 21,000.00 Per month w.e.f. 1st January 2017

Please fill Form -1 Declaration Form of all new entrants covered under the ESIC scheme w.e.f. 1st January 2017

Old Insurance Numbers will continue for the members those are previously covered under ESI Act and currently excluded from the scheme.

Old Insurance to be update on ESIC portal w.e.f. 1st January 2017

Aadhaar Card Number is Mandatory to be update of every covered employee on ESIC Portal to avail benefits

under the ESIC Scheme.

The Declaration Form must be submitted on ESIC website on the date of entry of an employee into insurable employment.

Monthly Contribution must be submitted Online on or before 21st of the following month.
