The Labour Department of West Bengal vide Notification No. Labour/1697/ESTT has introduced the non-discretionary auto-renewal of (i) Licenses granted under the Factories Act, 1948 (ii) Licenses for contractors under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (iii) Licenses granted to the contractors under the Inter-State Migrant Workman Act, 1979. This shall be done through the online portal www.guptaconsultants.com and shall be processed immediately. Please refer to the notification for more details
